Let's go deep in to this topic many of us think that robots ,computers are more powerful than human but we fail to understand our human brain discovered those computers and robots. Everyone have that intelligence indeep of them but many failed to get the outcome from their mind. Very few practise them daily and keep them mentally fit.
Multiple process:
We can do two or more work at the same time. Example we can watch TV and in the same time we can eat our food, read the messages in phone and smile when we see someone. If all these things works efficiently at the same time we call this as cognitive intelligence.
A Robot can do multiple process which where preprogrammed all ready and processed in the efficient manner at given time.
Realtime Scenario:
In team work this coginitive intelligence is not applicable. For example one of the team member may be slow in their work so we should consider to help him by allocating less files like that in emotional manner. This emotion may fail in cognitive it's seriously depend on how to finish the respective work on given time. Thinks about how to speed up the process,smart work,fast track etc. It may result in the gap of other team member work who may not in this zone.
Naresh was brilliant in his field and best in office but his people skills were low.He is arrogant ,short tempered and he always thinks that he only right. Other people don't like to work with him.
