Actually the oldest cartoon. But came to limelight very lately. But now occupies a good postion in 90s kids hearts.Five-year-old Shinnosuke Nohara, AKA Shin-chan, lives in Kasukabe and constantly scandalises his parents, teacher and anyone else he meets with his foul mouth and rude behaviour.
